Jim Salzano

Jim Salzano is President and CEO of Jones & Vining, Inc. He started his career as a stock clerk for Altier Shoes, in Rochester, NY.  Other roles have included President of Clarks Americas, and CEO of Easy Spirit. During his tenure, Clarks was recognized as one of Massachusetts Top 100 Places to Work.  He continues to be an advisor to boards, private equity and venture capital firms, various organizations and individual business leaders. He spends time advocating for employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Jim has been a member of the Two Ten Board of Directors for over 20 years.  He served as Board Chair from 2011 through 2013.

In 2007 Jim received the AA Bloom Award, honoring an individual who has given greatly to Two Ten through his or her initiative, hard work, dedication and unselfish actions in the spirit of the late A.A. Bloom, one of the founders of Two Ten.
